Because our products are digital and can be downloaded or accessed immediately after payment, we are unable to offer refunds.

All transactions on BootsNLeather.com are securely processed through PayPal. PayPal’s own policies apply to the transaction itself, but our store policy remains no refunds for digital goods.
Access to Downloads
- After successful payment, you will receive an email with download links (or access via your account on the site).
- Download links are active for 72 hours or 6 downloads. Please download your files promptly.
- Make a backup copy immediately after download.
- If you lose your download, you can purchase a new download link for a small fee by visiting your order page.
Technical Support
If you experience any issues downloading your files, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to assist you with technical problems (e.g., broken links or corrupted files). However, this does not entitle you to a refund.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or dispute with PayPal for a product you have already received violates our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to:
